Launched the Nassau Virtual School
Centralized the Nassau Community School to better serve all students
Opened the Nassau Alternative School
Created new student pathways for high school, college, and career planning
Launched Project Search for students with disabilities for careers after high school
Established the Superintendent’s Student Advisory Council to ensure student input on the present and future of the Nassau County School District

Improved salary schedule for all teachers and support personnel
Established the NFL – Nassau Future Leaders Academy
Established the Paras to Pros Program – this program is designed to assist anyone in our district with furthering their education while still working as a member of our team.

Established the Land/Growth committee with the support of the county, city, and towns. This committee focuses on monitoring growth, identifying sites for future schools, and planning for future school construction
Worked closely with the County to establish standards for an inter-local agreement to address the impact of development and growth on school capacity
